About the role
Join Applied Materials' JOLT Program Management Office to drive technology, business processes and strategic innovation for Global Operations. You will support end‑to‑end execution of Integrated Business Planning initiatives and help solve complex supply chain challenges in the semiconductor industry.
Key responsibilities
- Support end‑to‑end execution of Integrated Business Planning (IBP) initiatives, tracking milestones, dependencies and actions.
- Coordinate cross‑functional partners across Supply Chain, SPG, JOLT and Business Units to gather inputs, align priorities and close gaps.
- Prepare executive‑ready updates, decision documents and business cases with tables, charts and slides.
- Perform detailed analysis of supply, demand, capacity and material data to support planning decisions and identify trends.
- Drive alignment among stakeholders with competing priorities and make decision paths explicit.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, operations, business, information systems, supply chain or related field.
- 8–12 years of technical program management or operations transformation experience, including at least 3 years leading programs with both business and technical stakeholders.
- Proven ability to structure ambiguous problems, develop execution plans and deliver measurable outcomes.
- Experience in semiconductor, manufacturing or high‑mix environments and familiarity with S&OP/IBP processes.
Required skills
- Advanced Excel (complex formulas, pivot tables, lookups, data validation, scenario/sensitivity analysis).
- SQL and relational database concepts for querying operational data.
- Enterprise planning systems such as SAP APO/IBP, Kinaxis or o9.
- Data visualization and executive‑ready presentation creation.
- Agile and stage‑gate project delivery methodologies.
