Technical Project Manager – Healthcare Solutions

About the role

As a Technical Project Manager you will lead end‑to‑end deployments of Elsevier’s Mytonomy Cloud for Healthcare platform. You will work closely with health‑system customers to translate clinical, operational and business requirements into integrated, scalable solutions that improve patient engagement and outcomes. The role requires a blend of technical expertise, project discipline and strong communication, with a hybrid work model that includes 1‑2 days per week onsite in Bethesda.

Key responsibilities

• Own the full implementation lifecycle from kickoff to go‑live, ensuring timelines, scope and quality are met.
• Configure customer environments and manage technical integrations with EHR systems, primarily Epic.
• Guide customers through technical, operational and clinical readiness activities, including testing, validation and training.
• Collaborate with Customer Success, Clinical, Product, Marketing and Content teams to align solutions with customer objectives.
• Provide expert advice on interoperability standards such as HL7, SMART on FHIR and APIs.

Required profile

• Proven experience delivering healthcare IT implementations and integrations.
• Strong project management discipline, preferably with experience using tools like Asana.
• Deep understanding of Epic workflows in hospital and ambulatory settings.
• Excellent communication skills to translate business needs into technical specifications.
