Technical Project Lead

About the role

As a Technical Project Lead in Bosch's cross‑functional Application and Device Engineering team, you will act as the primary technical liaison between our new silicon carbide (SiC) front‑end‑fabrication site in Roseville, CA and strategic customers across North America. You will guide customers from acquisition through specification to mass production, ensuring successful integration of Bosch’s SiC power transistors into their applications.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate complex customer projects from acquisition to mass production, focusing on SiC power transistors (chips and discretes).
• Serve as the technical point of contact for OEMs and Tier‑1 suppliers, providing guidance on SiC product selection, design‑in, and optimization.
• Collect, analyse, and translate customer requirements into technical specifications and product strategies.
• Provide market insights and feed customer needs into Bosch’s internal product and technology roadmap.
• Prepare and deliver technical presentations, trainings, and documentation for customers and internal teams.

Required profile

• Strong background in semiconductor technology, preferably with experience in silicon carbide devices.
• Proven ability to manage technical projects and coordinate cross‑functional resources.
• Excellent communication skills to interact with strategic customers and internal stakeholders.
• Analytical mindset with the capacity to translate market and customer data into actionable technical solutions.
