Technical Program Manager – SmartGlass

Key responsibilities

• Prepare project plans and coordinate the attainment of deliverables from planning through implementation, maintaining a matrix for process improvements.
• Drive project deliverables and task details using reports, tracking charts, and checklists.
• Align internal resources to achieve on‑time and within‑budget performance objectives.
• Monitor and report project cost performance to the business unit.
• Participate in intra‑business‑unit design teams to complete projects.
• Contribute to the team’s technical development toward project goals.
• Research causes of project obstacles and assist in implementing solutions.

Required profile

• Demonstrates conceptual and practical expertise in own discipline and basic knowledge of related disciplines.
• Knowledge of best practices, integration with other areas, and awareness of competition and market differentiators.
• Acts as a resource for less‑experienced colleagues; may lead small projects with manageable risks.
• Solves complex problems, takes new perspectives, and exercises judgment based on multiple information sources.
• Impacts a range of customer, operational, project or service activities within own and related teams, working within broad guidelines.
• Communicates difficult or sensitive information and works to build consensus.

• Salary range $110,500 – $152,000 per year.
