Technical Program Manager - Platform

About the role

Candid Health is looking for a Platform Technical Program Manager to partner with engineering and product leaders. You will own the long‑term roadmap and operational cadence of the Platform Engineering team, turning complex, multi‑team dependencies into clear execution plans.

Key responsibilities

• Drive cross‑functional alignment by translating product strategy and technical architecture into shared roadmaps.
• Orchestrate complex technical launches such as cloud migrations, framework upgrades, and API changes, ensuring zero operational disruption.
• Bridge internal metric tracking (OKRs, KPIs) with external platform touchpoints, coordinating infrastructure changes for internal teams and customer IT partners.
• Standardize delivery frameworks by optimizing tools like Jira and Linear, removing bottlenecks, and providing clear project health visibility.

Required profile

• 5+ years managing complex, cross‑functional technical programs in a fast‑growing B2B SaaS or platform environment, with at least 2 years as an embedded TPM for a single platform team.
• Proven ability to lead multi‑team technical rollouts from concept to completion.
• Strong philosophy on execution, balancing process with speed and measuring organizational velocity.
• Data‑informed problem solver comfortable writing SQL and using AI tools to track metrics and automate status reporting.
• Exceptional communicator who can translate technical infrastructure concepts for business, executive, and client IT audiences.
