Technical Program Manager

About the role

Havoc AI is seeking a Technical Program Manager to lead execution of complex robotics, autonomy, software and defense programs. The role bridges engineering, product, operations and customers to translate mission needs into actionable plans and deliver mission‑ready robotic systems.

Key responsibilities

• Own program schedules, milestones, risks, dependencies and delivery plans for robotics, autonomy and defense‑related engineering initiatives.
• Translate customer requirements, contract terms and mission objectives into clear technical plans.
• Coordinate cross‑functional teams across software, hardware, autonomy, manufacturing, field operations and product.
• Partner with engineering leads to define requirements, interfaces, integration and test plans, and release criteria.
• Plan and support system testing, hardware‑in‑the‑loop, field trials, demonstrations and operational evaluations.
• Track field findings, failure modes, corrective actions and ensure engineering closure.
• Support government, defense and dual‑use program execution, including proposal planning, briefings and status reporting.

Required profile

• Strong technical depth across hardware, software, autonomy and systems integration.
• Proven program leadership experience in complex, multi‑disciplinary engineering environments.
• Ability to identify and mitigate technical and programmatic risks.
• Excellent communication skills with engineering teams and external stakeholders.
