Technical Program Manager

About the role

Applied Intuition is seeking a Technical Program Manager to lead the development of Dana, its agentic platform for Physical AI. The TPM will own roadmap execution, coordinate cross‑functional teams, and ensure seamless integration of simulation into the machine‑learning development loop across automotive, trucking, mining and other domains.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with simulation, engineering, design, product and customer teams to define long‑term vision and strategy for autonomy tooling platforms.
• Drive execution of programs that embed simulation deeply into model training, offline evaluation and validation pipelines.
• Lead complex, cross‑functional initiatives that scale critical simulation workflows for internal and external customers, accelerating developer velocity.
• Own multi‑organization programs, track progress, manage milestones, metrics and final deliverables.
• Engage customers continuously to surface pain points, translate workflows into product gaps and inform future roadmap.
• Navigate ambiguity, mitigate risks proactively and make timely decisions to keep projects on schedule.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Technical Program Manager in high‑tech or AI‑focused environments.
• Strong cross‑functional planning, clarity and proactive risk‑management skills.
• Ability to work closely with engineering, design, product and customer stakeholders to deliver real‑world deployments.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management capabilities.
