Technical Program Manager, GTM Systems

About the role

Anthropic is looking for a Technical Program Manager to lead delivery of the GTM Systems portfolio. You will own the roadmap, coordinate cross‑team dependencies, and help embed AI tools like Claude into the sales and partner workflow to accelerate performance.

Key responsibilities

• Own delivery for the program’s roadmap, including intake, prioritization, sequencing, status tracking, and operating cadence.
• Manage dependencies on the shared GTM platform across the seller and partner journey.
• Partner with Business Systems Analysts on requirements and design, and with developers on technical trade‑offs, build‑vs‑buy decisions, and vendor evaluations.
• Establish an operating model for a scaling team, defining intake, planning, and sequencing practices.
• Provide GTM Systems and Sales leadership with clear visibility into commitments, risks, and progress.
• Integrate Claude AI into GTM workflows where it can make sellers and partner managers more efficient.

Required profile

• 6+ years of technical program management or business systems delivery experience, with end‑to‑end roadmap ownership.
• Background in a Salesforce‑centric GTM or RevOps organization and understanding of lead, opportunity, partner, and quote objects.
• Proven ability to manage delivery across multiple teams into a shared core system with a common release process.
• Experience collaborating with audit, controls, or compliance functions on revenue‑impacting systems.
• Strong stakeholder management, translating between business analysts, developers, sales operations, and finance.
• Comfort driving outcomes across teams without direct authority.
• Curiosity about AI’s impact on GTM operations and willingness to experiment.
