About the role
This full‑time graduate position in Santa Clara focuses on program management of research, development and engineering activities for the MDP business unit, driving new service product development and supporting the semiconductor industry.
Key responsibilities
- Responsible for program management of research, development and engineering aspects of the MDP SBU, including new service product development performance.
- Partner with business leadership to develop service product roadmaps and manage product portfolios and investments.
- Lead development and execution of innovation and technology roadmaps supporting product roadmaps.
- Lead customer application understanding and development to facilitate new product introduction.
- Accountable for on‑time delivery, cost and quality of new products and technologies to meet customer and growth commitments.
- Lead project management, product lifecycle processes, continuous improvement programs and ECO initiatives.
- Support quality, productivity and sustaining engineering initiatives in partnership with customers and operations.
- Manage technology partners and strategic sourcing needs.
- Lead sampling field quality processes with field commercial resources.
- Build cross‑functional teams across geographies and external partners, communicating R&D progress to senior executives.
Required profile
- Master’s or PhD in Materials, Mechanical, Chemical, Physics, Electrical engineering or related field (GPA ≥ 3.0).
- Experience with materials deposition systems and semiconductor applications/services.
- Proven track record of new product introduction and performance‑based results.
- Strong program and product‑lifecycle management experience.
