Technical Program Management Analyst – Marketing Technology

About the role

Mastercard’s Marketing Technology Solutions program is building innovative, intent‑driven marketing products. As a Technical Program Management Analyst, you will support engineering scrum teams and the program management office, helping to keep large‑scale technology initiatives on track.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate work across product, engineering, and business teams to support planning and execution of technology programs.
• Maintain program visibility by tracking timelines, dependencies, risks, and delivery health.
• Partner with Technical Program Managers to align processes, close execution gaps, and ensure governance standards are followed.
• Support Agile team execution, facilitate stakeholder communication, and drive alignment on priorities.
• Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and collaboration.

Required profile

• Strong interest in technology and a desire to develop foundational program‑management skills.
• Highly organized, detail‑oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
• Clear communicator comfortable working with both technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
• Collaborative mindset with the ability to build strong relationships across teams.
