Technical Program / Delivery Leader

About the role

Infosys Public Services is looking for a Technical Program / Delivery Leader to act as the accountable delivery lead for a designated application team. The role blends senior‑level business systems analysis with hands‑on coordination, translating client priorities into executable plans and ensuring engineering, architecture, security and operational activities are aligned to deliver high‑quality outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Provide end‑to‑end delivery leadership for an assigned application team, coordinating work across client and vendor resources without direct supervisory authority.
• Translate business objectives into clear delivery execution plans, defining scope, sequencing, milestones and deliverable commitments in partnership with client leadership.
• Lead cross‑functional planning and dependency management across integrations, environments, security/network reviews, release coordination and vendor timelines.
• Deliver consistent status reporting to client leadership, highlighting progress, risks, issues, decisions needed and mitigation plans.
• Maintain a steady pipeline of ready work, align assignments with technical leads and ensure effective utilization of team capacity.
• Support ROM estimates and planning by gathering inputs from engineering and architecture, documenting assumptions, constraints and risks.
• Partner with client leadership on funding and approval activities by providing delivery inputs such as scope, sequencing, timeline and resource assumptions.

Required profile

• Senior‑level experience in business systems analysis and technical delivery leadership.
• Proven ability to lead through influence without direct people management.
• Strong stakeholder communication skills, capable of providing transparent status and driving decisions.
• Experience coordinating cross‑functional teams, managing dependencies and release schedules.
• Ability to translate business objectives into detailed execution plans and risk mitigation strategies.
