Technical Product Support Engineer

Key responsibilities

• Provide systems support for engineering systems in applications or reliability labs.
• Support engineering owners on assigned projects in collaboration with vendors or suppliers.
• Act as intermediary between customers and the factory, delivering technical support and documentation to field engineers, technicians, and product support personnel.
• Deliver Beta Site Support for installation, operation, calibration, service, and testing of new hardware, software, or processes.
• Present system performance data, including metrics such as uptime, MTBF, MTBI, availability, and equipment parameters.
• Assist GPS in generating documentation such as CENs and BKMs, and create/review technical improvement and upgrade documents.

• Provides informal guidance to new team members without formal supervisory responsibilities.
