Technical Product Manager II

About the role

The Technical Product Manager II will act as the bridge between customers, market insights and the engineering team. You will translate business needs into clear product requirements, guide the product through its full lifecycle and ensure technical feasibility aligns with strategic goals.

Key responsibilities

• Define and manage all product stages—from ideation and development to launch and post‑launch.
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to uncover opportunities and trends.
• Collaborate with engineering to create product features, user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Lead user research to capture needs and translate them into actionable requirements.
• Produce clear product presentations for both technical and non‑technical audiences.
• Work closely with designers, developers, product owners and other stakeholders to ensure successful development and release.
• Define product success metrics (KPIs), set delivery timelines and prioritize backlog items based on business value and impact.
• Maintain product documentation, including user guides, technical specifications and release notes.
• Measure product performance, report results and continuously improve.
• Stay up‑to‑date with industry trends and emerging technologies.

Required profile

• Excellent written and oral communication skills with customers, management and peers.
• Proven ability to conduct user research and translate findings into product requirements.
• Strong analytical mindset to assess market data and competitive landscapes.
• Capability to create compelling presentations for diverse audiences.
