About the role

• Own and manage the escalator product lifecycle, ensuring cost, quality, reliability, competitiveness and time‑to‑market.

• Promote sustainable practices and environmental responsibility in decision‑making.

Required profile

• 10+ years of progressive experience in a related engineering role.
• B.Sc. in a relevant engineering field.
• Strong technical understanding of designs, solutions, norms and regulatory requirements.
• Excellent designing skills and proficiency with modern design/drawing tools.
• Customer‑service mindset with the ability to address concerns and exceed expectations.
