Technical Integration Project Manager

About the role

HubSync is seeking a Technical Integration Project Manager to lead the implementation of both out‑of‑the‑box and custom software integrations for our accounting‑firm customers. You will act as the bridge between clients and internal teams, ensuring a smooth onboarding experience while delivering projects on time and within scope.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for software integrations during customer onboarding.
• Partner with Customer Success Managers and Developers to scope, plan, and deliver integration projects.
• Understand customer systems and processes to ensure seamless integration with HubSync’s platform.
• Lead technical discovery calls, translate requirements into documentation, and coordinate resources.
• Manage timelines, communicate progress to stakeholders, and troubleshoot integration issues.
• Document integration processes and maintain knowledge‑base content for internal and customer use.
• Continuously improve integration workflows and identify automation opportunities.

Required profile

• 3+ years of experience in project management, technical account management, or software implementation, preferably in a SaaS environment.
• Strong understanding of software development lifecycles and Agile methodologies.
• Excellent communication skills with both technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
• Highly organized, able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Self‑starter with a problem‑solving mindset, comfortable in a fast‑paced startup.
• PMP or similar certification is a plus.
