Technical Implementation Manager

About the role

As a Technical Implementation Manager, you’ll own the design, setup, and technical execution of client implementations while acting as a strategic liaison between Sales, Implementation, Customer Success, Support, and Product & Tech. You’ll conduct discovery, propose solutions, configure systems, deliver training, and ensure implementations align with client goals and internal architecture.

Key responsibilities

• Lead discovery sessions and stakeholder interviews to capture business requirements, integration needs, and success criteria.
• Design scalable, technically feasible solutions, architect system setups, data flows, custom mapping, and API integrations.
• Produce detailed technical proposals, system design documents, integration blueprints, and handoff documentation.
• Validate system configurations, perform QA, and oversee go‑live activities.
• Train internal teams and clients on system usage, integration flows, and configuration capabilities.
• Serve as the escalation point for technical issues during implementation and monitor post‑go‑live performance.

Required profile

• 2+ years in a technical or solutions consulting role (e.g., Solutions Engineer, Integration Specialist).
• Strong hands‑on experience with system configurations, APIs, data mapping, integration flows, and backend logic.
• Proven ability to translate business requirements into technical designs and to communicate with both technical and non‑technical audiences.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem‑solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple client projects, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
