Technical Customer Success Manager – Legal (JD Required)

About the role

We are looking for a Technical Customer Success Manager with a legal background to help large law firms unlock the full value of our AI‑powered LexisNexis solutions. In this role you will act as a trusted advisor, guiding firms through adoption, workflow transformation and measurable business outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of Large Law accounts and serve as the primary success lead for adoption, retention and growth.
• Build trusted advisor relationships with stakeholders and create tailored success plans aligned with firm goals and legal workflows.
• Drive integration of drafting, research, analytics and AI‑powered solutions into daily legal practice.
• Collaborate with Client Managers, Sales, Product, Marketing and Enablement on account planning, renewals and expansion opportunities.
• Use health, engagement and usage data to identify adoption barriers, guide change management and proactively improve retention.
• Champion customer engagement strategies that increase awareness, usage and measurable value across practice groups.
• Represent the voice of the customer internally to influence product enhancements and improve the overall experience.

Required profile

• Juris Doctor (JD) and experience working with law firms, legal professionals or legal technology.
• Proven experience in customer success, account management, consulting, legal technology or enterprise software adoption roles.
• Ability to manage complex, custom implementations and drive value realization for large legal organizations.
