Technical Customer Success Manager

About the role

Neuroscale is seeking a Technical Customer Success Manager to own demos, onboarding, and early customer success for its AI recruiting platform, Arbi. The role bridges Sales, Product, and Engineering to help close deals and ensure customers achieve value quickly after signing.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver end‑to‑end demos of Arbi, Athena, and Aurora, tailoring presentations to buyer pain points.
• Partner with Sales to align demo strategy, run technical validation, and remove implementation friction.
• Lead technical validation during trials and POCs, defining success criteria and managing timelines.
• Own or co‑own customer onboarding, training sessions, office hours, and enablement initiatives.
• Support and validate ATS integration patterns, deployment configurations, and related HR system integrations.
• Work hands‑on with APIs, webhooks, SSO/SAML, SCIM, data mappings, and CSV‑based workflows.
• Troubleshoot customer issues, coordinate with Engineering for deeper fixes, and monitor usage to identify risks and expansion opportunities.
