Technical Curriculum Developer – AI Agents (Remote)

About the role

This unique position blends curriculum development with hands‑on AI agent engineering. Veeva seeks either an AI Solutions Engineer turned mentor or a Technical Curriculum Developer eager to build and teach AI agent solutions on its platform.

Key responsibilities

• Design and deliver hands‑on labs that teach technical learners how to build, configure, and deploy custom AI agents.
• Create working AI agent demos and reference implementations to anchor training content and live sessions.
• Translate practical challenges—tool calling, context management, prompt design, error handling—into clear, sequenced learning experiences.
• Own and evolve advanced technical courses that require Java coding and REST API fluency.
• Build and maintain sandbox environments, sample code, and data that mirror real implementation scenarios.
• Partner with Product, Engineering, Professional Services, and Customer Support to incorporate new features and address pain points.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Instructional Design, or equivalent practical experience.
• Hands‑on experience building, configuring, and deploying AI agents using frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, or Anthropic Claude SDK.
• Deep understanding of core agent concepts: tool/function calling, retrieval‑augmented generation, context/memory management, multi‑agent orchestration, prompt engineering, and evaluation.
• Ability to read Java code architecture and work with REST APIs, plus experience with Git and Postman.
• 3+ years creating technical training, labs, and instructor‑led courses for developers or technical consultants.
