Technical Curriculum Developer - AI Agents - Remote

About the role

Veeva Systems is seeking a Technical Curriculum Developer focused on AI agents. The role blends curriculum design with hands‑on AI agent development to create training for customers, partners and internal teams.

Key responsibilities

• Design and build hands‑on labs and training materials that teach how to build, configure and deploy custom AI agents on Veeva’s platform.
• Create working AI agent demos and reference implementations to anchor training content and live demonstrations.
• Maintain advanced technical courses that require Java coding and REST API integration, including sample code, sandbox data and exercises.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Professional Services and Customer Support to incorporate new features and address implementation pain points.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Instructional Design or equivalent practical experience.
• 3+ years experience building technical training or curriculum for developers, consultants or power users.
• Hands‑on experience building, configuring and deploying AI agents using frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph or Anthropic Claude SDK.
• Ability to understand Java code architecture and work with REST APIs, Git and API tools like Postman.
