About the role
Ipas, a global nonprofit advancing reproductive health and justice, is seeking a Technical Coordinator to lead urban SRHR initiatives in Dhaka. The role will support the implementation of family planning, menstrual regulation, post‑abortion care and GBV survivor services across public and private health facilities.
Key responsibilities
- Plan and execute capacity‑building activities for health‑care providers, including training, mentoring and on‑site support.
- Strengthen facility readiness and quality of care through monitoring, compliance with SOPs, and proper use of equipment and commodities.
- Improve record‑keeping, reporting systems and Health Management Information Systems (HMIS) in urban clinics.
- Coordinate with MOH & FW officials, local government, NGOs and private practitioners to ensure alignment of SRHR interventions.
- Provide technical input for project reports, event documentation and activity summaries.
Required profile
- Relevant experience in public health, reproductive health or health systems strengthening.
- Demonstrated ability to work with government agencies and multi‑sectoral partners.
- Strong organizational and communication skills, with a focus on results.
