Moog is seeking a Technical Business Development Engineer to join its engineering sales and post‑sale consulting team in Phoenix, AZ. The role blends advanced engineering expertise with customer‑facing activities, ensuring that technical solutions meet client specifications and are delivered successfully.

Key responsibilities

• Lead research, design, and development projects that enhance Moog’s products and services.
• Interpret engineering drawings, specifications, and plans to guide product configuration and installation.
• Prepare and deliver technical sales briefings, estimate costs, resources, and timelines for custom solutions.
• Oversee post‑sale product installations, configurations, and troubleshooting, directing engineering technicians as needed.
• Conduct technical training and product briefings for customers.

Required profile

• Advanced engineering knowledge with the ability to work independently under limited supervision.
• Strong problem‑solving skills for complex, often undefined technical issues.
• Experience collaborating with internal experts to develop technical solutions.
• Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to customers and internal teams.
