Technical Account Manager

About the role

Delve Deeper is seeking a client‑focused Technical Account Manager to serve as a trusted advisor, helping brands and agencies adopt advertising technology and drive measurable value. This hybrid role is based in Louisville, Colorado, with office days Tuesday‑Thursday and remote work on Mondays and Fridays.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as subject‑matter expert on platforms such as DV360, CM360, SA360, Amazon DSP and The Trade Desk, guiding clients on architecture, feature adoption and performance optimization.
• Lead end‑to‑end client onboarding, including license seat creation, billing enablement, platform configuration and go‑live support.
• Diagnose and resolve complex technical blockers, coordinating with internal teams and vendor support for bug escalations and integrations.
• Partner with Partner Managers on quarterly business reviews and strategic planning to uncover growth opportunities.
• Develop implementation playbooks, solution guides and interactive training sessions to upskill clients.

Required profile

• 5+ years of client‑facing experience in account management, reporting and presentations.
• 3–5 years hands‑on experience with Google Marketing Platform tools (DV360, SA360, CM360, GA) and other ad tech such as Amazon DSP.
• Strong storytelling, presentation and written communication skills in English.
• Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders, projects and priorities.
