Team Truck Driver (Class A) – $140k‑$160k Salary

About the role

R+L Carriers is seeking experienced Class A Team Drivers to operate 53‑foot van trailers or double trailers between service centers and turn‑point locations. Drivers enjoy a predictable schedule of five days on the road followed by two days at home each week.

Key responsibilities

• Pull and deliver loads using 53’ van trailers or double trailers.
• Maintain on‑time delivery performance across regional routes.
• Comply with all safety, DOT, and company policies while on the road.
• Complete required paperwork and vehicle inspections daily.

Required profile

• Valid Class A CDL with at least 1 year of combined verifiable Class A driving experience within the past 3 years.
• Clean driving record (no serious violations, no more than three moving violations in the past 3 years).
• Age 23 (or 21 if meeting FMCSA military transition specifications).
• Ability to pass a pre‑employment DOT physical, drug screen, and road test.
• Physical ability to bend, lift, and stoop without difficulty.
