Team Truck Driver (Class A) – $140k‑$160k Salary

About the role

We are seeking experienced Class A Team Drivers to join our Columbiana, OH service center. As a team driver you will pull van trailers up to 53’ or double trailers between service centers and turn‑point locations, enjoying a 5‑day on‑road and 2‑day home schedule.

Key responsibilities

• Operate van trailers up to 53’ and double trailers safely and efficiently.
• Transport freight between service centers and designated turn‑point locations.
• Maintain compliance with DOT regulations, including pre‑employment physicals and drug screens.
• Ensure a clean driving record and adhere to company safety policies.
• Assist with loading/unloading as needed and perform routine vehicle inspections.

Required profile

• Valid CDL Class A with at least 1 year of verifiable Class A experience within the past 3 years.
• Good driving record (MVR, PSP) with no serious violations and no more than three moving violations in the past three years.
• Age 23 (or 21 if meeting FMCSA military transition specifications).
• Ability to pass a DOT physical, drug screen and road test.
• Physical ability to bend, lift and stoop without difficulty.

Required skills

• CDL Class A
• Experience with doubles/triples, tanker or haz‑mat endorsements (preferred).
• Haz‑mat handling experience (preferred).
• LTL freight handling experience (preferred).
