Team Truck Driver (CDL A) – $140k‑$160k Salary

About the role

R+L Carriers is seeking full‑time CDL A Team Truck Drivers to transport trailers between service centers and turn‑point locations. Drivers enjoy a 5‑day on‑road schedule with two days home each week and the possibility of dedicated runs.

Key responsibilities

• Operate Class A trucks to move trailers between designated service centers and turn‑point locations.
• Maintain a regular schedule of 5 days on the road and 2 days at home.
• Complete dedicated runs when assigned.
• Adhere to all safety, DOT, and company policies while on the road.

Required profile

• Valid CDL Class A license.
• At least 1 year of verifiable Class A driving experience within the past 3 years.
• Clean driving record (no serious violations, ≤3 moving violations in the past 3 years).
• Age 23 (or 21 with FMCSA military‑to‑civilian transition).
• Pass pre‑employment DOT physical, drug screen, and road test.
• Ability to lift, bend, and stoop without difficulty.
• Dependable and able to operate equipment safely at all times.

Required skills

• CDL Class A operation.
• Haz‑mat endorsement (preferred).
• Doubles/Triples endorsement (preferred).
• Tanker endorsement (preferred).
• LTL freight handling experience (preferred).
