About the role
A franchisee of Taco Bell in Tampa, Florida is hiring a Team Member. The franchisee is the only employer, and wage and benefit programs are set by each franchisee and can vary.
Key responsibilities
- Greet customers in the restaurant or drive-thru, take and ring up orders, handle payments and thank customers.
- Prepare and store food ingredients, assemble food and beverage orders and check them for accuracy.
- Package products and keep the work and dining area clean and safe.
Required profile
- Friendly and helpful to customers and co-workers, meeting customer needs and helping solve food or service issues.
- Works well with teammates and accepts coaching from management.
- Clean, tidy appearance and work habits, and positive communication with customers, teammates and managers.
