Team Member Relations Partner

About the role

The Team Member Relations Partner supports CAVA’s restaurant teams by fostering a respectful, compliant, and inclusive workplace. Working closely with People + Culture Business Partners and Operations leaders, this role serves as a trusted resource for both team members and managers, handling workplace concerns with confidentiality and professionalism.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the first point of contact for team member relations concerns and workplace issues.
• Conduct intake conversations and support investigations related to policy violations, conflicts, and performance matters.
• Document investigations, findings, and recommendations in a thorough, timely, and objective manner.
• Partner with People + Culture Business Partners and Operations leaders to resolve concerns and implement corrective actions.
• Provide guidance to leaders on company policies, procedures, and best practices for team member management.
• Support the administration and tracking of cases through case management systems and reporting tools.
• Monitor trends in relations data and identify opportunities for proactive interventions.
