Team Member Experience & Community Relations Partner

About the role

The Team Member Experience, Communications & Community Relations Partner drives internal communications, employee engagement and community outreach for Caesars New Orleans. This role ensures a highly engaged workforce, strengthens the property’s presence in the Greater New Orleans community, and supports the overall culture through strategic communication, events and partnerships.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute internal culture, engagement and recognition programs to improve employee satisfaction scores.
• Create and manage the Engagement and Communications Calendar, including employee surveys, pulse checks and roundtables.
• Plan and coordinate small‑ and large‑scale employee events in partnership with internal departments and external vendors.
• Produce and distribute internal communications across bulletin boards, email channels and other internal platforms.
• Build and maintain relationships with community organizations, educational institutions and local stakeholders.
• Identify, organize and promote employee volunteer opportunities and charitable initiatives.
• Represent Caesars New Orleans at community events, boards and external engagements.
• Manage multiple engagement and community projects, ensuring timelines, budgets and deliverables are met.

Required profile

• Proven experience overseeing internal communications and employee engagement initiatives.
• Demonstrated ability to develop and maintain community relations and partnership programs.
• Strong project‑management skills with a track record of delivering events and programs on schedule.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to collaborate with leadership, various departments and external community stakeholders.
