Team Member - Closing Shifts, Helotes, TX

About the role

Taco Bell is hiring a Team Member for closing shifts in Helotes, Texas. The role suits people who enjoy serving customers and working in a fast-paced environment. Base pay ranges from $14.70 to $18.50 per hour depending on location, experience and qualifications, and team members may also qualify for shift incentives, discounts and other benefits.

Key responsibilities

• Interact with customers: receive orders, process sales and money, and manage customer issues
• Prepare products and maintain their quality
• Monitor all service equipment
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment in line with Labor Board, OSHA and company standards
• Unload, stock and maintain required inventory levels
• Operate the cash register as needed and make change for other cashiers
• Champion recognition and motivation efforts

Required profile

• At least 16 years of age
• Dependable and reliable transportation
• Excellent communication, management, leadership and organizational skills
• Physical dexterity, able to move up to 45 lbs. from one area to another
• Attendance and punctuality are essential
• Complete training certification, willingness to learn, teamwork and a strong work ethic
