Team Manager - Tampa

About the role

The Team Manager will support the Store Director in leading the sales, operations and security teams of a Tiffany boutique in Tampa. Acting as the acting manager in the Director’s absence, you will ensure an exceptional guest experience while driving commercial and profitability targets.

Key responsibilities

• Coach, guide and motivate sales and operations staff to achieve store sales, product category and KPI targets.
• Deliver the “Tiffany Touch” by building strong client relationships and overseeing personalized service at every touchpoint.
• Maintain a client‑centric environment on the sales floor, providing on‑site coaching and ensuring service standards are met.
• Analyze NPS and client feedback to continuously improve the customer experience.
• Recruit, train and retain talent, fostering a high‑performance culture aligned with LVMH values.
• Collaborate with the central and local teams to implement strategic initiatives and uphold brand desirability.

Required profile

• Proven experience in luxury retail sales, operations or store management.
• Strong leadership and people‑development skills, with a collaborative mindset.
• Ability to think strategically while executing day‑to‑day tasks.
• Excellent communication and relationship‑building abilities with both internal and external stakeholders.
