About the role

As a Team Manager at Prada’s Beverly Center boutique, you will act as a passionate brand ambassador and business leader. You will inspire the store team, deliver an exceptional client journey, and drive sales performance in line with Prada’s luxury standards.

Key responsibilities

• Support the Store Manager in developing business plans based on product performance analysis.

• Stay up‑to‑date with market trends and Prada’s brand values.
• Deliver a welcoming, inspiring client journey that reflects Prada’s unique design intelligence and cultural relevance.
• Cultivate long‑term client relationships, capture high‑quality client profiles, and manage after‑sales experiences.
• Identify new client acquisition opportunities and address customer complaints positively.
