Team Manager – Dallas NorthPark

About the role

The Team Manager will support the Store Director in leading, developing and motivating the sales, operations and security teams at the Tiffany store in NorthPark, Dallas. Acting as the store’s point of leadership when the Director is absent, you will ensure an exceptional client experience while driving sales and profitability.

Key responsibilities

• Coach, guide and support sales and operations staff to meet or exceed commercial targets.
• Oversee day‑to‑day store activities, ensuring brand standards and client‑centric service are consistently delivered.
• Develop and nurture client relationships, driving new business and repeat visits.
• Monitor and act on client feedback, NPS scores and the Tiffany Experience Index (TEI) to continuously improve service.
• Collaborate with the central team and local staff in a transparent, supportive manner.
• Lead hiring, training and performance management to build a high‑performing team.
