About the role

As a Team Manager on Rodeo Drive, you will act as the brand ambassador for Prada, leading the store team to deliver an exceptional client experience and achieve sales targets.

Key responsibilities

• Drive the business by meeting and exceeding financial targets through effective sales floor management and cross‑selling.
• Support the Store Manager in developing and implementing business plans based on product performance analysis.
• Deliver a seamless client journey, welcoming guests, communicating Prada’s values and fostering lasting relationships.
• Manage customer relations, capture client profiles, handle complaints, and promote client‑eling initiatives.
• Lead, motivate and develop the team, creating a positive work environment and acting as a sales role model.
• Promote a digital mindset within the team and stay up‑to‑date with market trends.
