Team Leader Trainee – Carwash Operations

About the role

Rainforest Carwash of Slidell is looking for a Team Leader Trainee to learn how to run one of its carwash locations. You will receive on‑the‑job training, earn salary increases and bonuses as you progress, and become an essential part of a growing team.

Key responsibilities

• Learn and eventually manage the day‑to‑day operations of the carwash facility.
• Supervise staff, schedule shifts, and ensure excellent customer service.
• Handle cash, process transactions, and maintain accurate financial records.
• Oversee equipment maintenance, including basic electrical and mechanical tasks.
• Maintain cleanliness standards and ensure each vehicle leaves the site spotless.

Required profile

• Previous management experience, preferably in a retail environment.
• Strong customer‑service orientation.
• Willingness to work a five‑day, 40‑hour week with evenings and weekends as needed.
• Ability to train, hire, and develop employees.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and general computer tools.
• Basic electrical knowledge.
• Basic mechanical knowledge.
