Team Leader – Pub Operations

About the role

As a Team Leader at Metro Pubs you will lead by example, ensuring each shift runs smoothly and customers leave with a memorable experience. You will support the management team, keep standards high, and create a welcoming atmosphere for both guests and staff.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver heartfelt, consistent service to every customer.
• Deputise for managers, handling issues and decision‑making in their absence.
• Organise and coordinate the team during busy periods to maintain efficiency.
• Ensure the bar area remains safe, legal, clean, and compliant with health‑and‑safety standards.

Required profile

• Strong eye for detail, ensuring every pint is poured perfectly.
• Role model for excellent service and warm customer welcome.
• Ability to think quickly and adapt to challenges on a busy shift.
• Positive, can‑do attitude and genuine team‑player spirit.
