Team Lead – Retail

About the role

LOEWE is seeking an experienced Team Lead to support the Store Director in managing the client advisor team at its Chicago boutique. The role focuses on delivering a client‑first experience while driving sales performance and operational excellence.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the Store Director in overseeing daily floor operations and client advisor performance.
• Coach and mentor the sales team to exceed commercial targets and uphold LOEWE’s luxury standards.
• Execute local and regional CRM activations to strengthen client retention.
• Conduct performance reviews, provide in‑the‑moment coaching, and manage hiring, onboarding, and training processes.
• Monitor competitor trends and collaborate with regional commercial and merchandising teams to inform strategy.
• Prepare and deliver sales reports, including weekly highlights, NPS, Power BI, and My Loewe metrics.
• Manage controllable expenses such as payroll, overtime, and temporary staffing.
• Step in for the Store Director when required, ensuring compliance with company policies.

• Excellent analytical skills to interpret market trends and sales data.
• Experience in luxury or high‑end retail environments is preferred.
