Team Lead – Luxury Retail

About the role

The Team Lead will support the Store Director in overseeing the client advisor team on the sales floor of LOEWE’s flagship store. This role combines a client‑first mindset with strong leadership to drive commercial performance and deliver an exceptional luxury experience.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the Store Director in managing daily operations and the performance of the client advisor team.
• Coach, mentor and conduct regular performance reviews to exceed sales targets.
• Ensure a best‑in‑class client experience by identifying improvement opportunities and applying company tools.
• Support local and regional CRM activations to boost client retention.
• Oversee recruitment, interviewing, onboarding and talent development initiatives.
• Monitor competitor and market trends and provide quantified feedback to merchandising and commercial teams.
• Prepare and deliver sales reports, weekly highlights and KPI dashboards using tools such as NPS, Power BI and My Loewe.
• Manage controllable expenses, including payroll, overtime and temporary staffing.
• Ensure compliance with inventory, loss‑prevention, quality control, IT and health‑and‑safety policies.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading a retail sales team in a luxury or high‑end environment.
• Strong mentorship and coaching abilities with a focus on achieving sales goals.
• Excellent communication skills and a client‑centric attitude.
• Ability to analyse market trends and translate insights into actionable strategies.
• Organised, detail‑oriented and capable of managing store expenses.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Power BI for reporting and data analysis.
• Experience using CRM platforms to drive client engagement.
