Team Lead

About the role

Topgolf is looking for an energetic Team Lead to oversee daily operations, guide a diverse team, and ensure exceptional guest experiences across our entertainment venues. You will be the primary point of contact for associates, driving performance and fostering a positive, inclusive culture.

Key responsibilities

• Provide leadership and guidance to team members to achieve performance targets.
• Monitor and evaluate team performance, delivering regular feedback and coaching.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless workflow and high‑quality service delivery.
• Identify and resolve operational issues and guest concerns promptly.
• Promote a positive, inclusive team culture and support associate development.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety standards.
• Prepare and present regular reports on team performance and key metrics.
• Perform other operational duties as assigned by management.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent work experience.
• Proven experience in a leadership or supervisory role.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem‑solving abilities.
• Strong organizational and time‑management skills.
• Ability to motivate and inspire a diverse team.
• Availability to work varied shifts, including evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Physical ability to stand, walk for long periods and navigate stairs.
