Team Lead – Houston Galleria

About the role

Louis Vuitton Houston Galleria is looking for an innovative Team Lead to champion both client and team experiences while driving everyday business results. As an ambassador of the brand, you will work closely with the Store Director and Team Managers to mentor staff, build lasting client relationships, and achieve sales objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Co‑create and execute sales and service strategies with the Store Director and Team Managers.
• Mentor, coach, and develop a team of client advisors to reach their highest potential.
• Drive client and business development through personalized product recommendations.
• Oversee floor management and selling activities to meet and exceed sales targets.
• Ensure every client interaction aligns with the Louis Vuitton promise, enhancing brand loyalty.

Required profile

• Entrepreneurial attitude with a strong focus on results.
• Proven experience leading multiple categories in a luxury retail environment.
• Excellent relationship‑building skills with both clients and team members.
• Ability to identify and recommend products based on client profiles and market trends.
• Strong leadership and coaching capabilities.
