Tax Senior Manager – Global Information Reporting

About the role

PwC’s Global Information Reporting team is looking for a Tax Senior Manager to lead large‑scale tax compliance and reporting projects. You will provide technical tax expertise, advise senior client stakeholders, and drive innovative solutions that meet complex regulatory requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and manage large‑scale tax reporting projects from planning through delivery.
• Innovate and streamline tax processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
• Maintain exceptional operational standards and ensure high‑quality deliverables.
• Interact with senior client representatives to understand needs and drive project success.
• Build trust with multi‑level teams, motivate and coach staff, and resolve complex issues.

Required profile

• Proven experience in tax compliance and reporting at a senior managerial level.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to coach and develop diverse teams.
• Excellent judgment to decide when to act or escalate in ambiguous situations.
• Ability to communicate complex tax concepts clearly to clients and internal stakeholders.
