Navis Wealth Management is seeking a detail‑oriented Certified Public Accountant to join its in‑office team in Rye Brook, NY. As a Tax Senior, you will support high‑net‑worth clients with complex tax planning, compliance, and advisory services, working closely with wealth advisors and clients to deliver precise and proactive financial oversight.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and review individual, trust, and entity tax returns.
• Oversee financial reporting and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Collaborate with wealth advisors to develop tax‑efficient strategies.
• Monitor filing deadlines and follow up on outstanding items.
• Identify and implement process improvements.
• Maintain strict confidentiality and discretion.
• Mentor junior team members and foster talent development.

Required profile

• Active CPA license.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting (Master’s preferred).
• Experience serving high‑net‑worth individuals, trusts, and complex tax structures.
• Exceptional attention to detail and strong follow‑up habits.
• Comfortable working in a collaborative, in‑person office environment.
• Professional demeanor in client interactions.
