Tax Senior Associate – Private Partnership Solutions

About the role

PwC Private is seeking a Tax Senior Associate to join its Private Partnership Solutions (PPS) team. You will work with privately‑owned businesses, entrepreneurs and high‑net‑worth individuals, helping them navigate tax compliance, planning and wealth‑management challenges across the full business life‑cycle.

Key responsibilities

• Provide tax advisory services covering compliance, cash‑flow management, equity expansion, divestiture and exit strategies.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to solve complex business issues from strategy through execution.
• Use a broad range of analytical tools to extract insights from industry trends and apply them to client situations.
• Review work for quality, accuracy and relevance, both your own and that of junior team members.
• Delegate tasks, coach junior staff and create stretch opportunities.
• Uphold PwC’s code of ethics and business conduct in all client interactions.

Required profile

• Senior‑associate level experience in tax advisory or related professional services.
• Strong critical‑thinking ability and comfort with unstructured problems.
• Demonstrated self‑awareness, willingness to receive feedback and develop personal strengths.
• Effective communication skills, able to influence and build quality relationships.
• Commitment to ethical standards and professional integrity.
