Tax Manager – Private Partnership Solutions

About the role

PwC Private is seeking a Tax Manager to join its Private Partnership Solutions (PPS) team. You will work with privately owned entities, entrepreneurs and high‑net‑worth individuals, helping them navigate tax compliance, planning and wealth‑management challenges across the full business life‑cycle.

Key responsibilities

• Lead tax advisory projects, delivering innovative solutions that combine technical expertise with technology.
• Supervise, develop and coach a team of tax professionals, fostering a culture of continuous learning.
• Analyse complex tax issues, synthesize data and stakeholder input, and present clear, actionable recommendations.
• Address sub‑standard work, ensure compliance with firm and client expectations, and uphold PwC’s code of ethics.
• Develop insights on global tax trends and their impact on clients, building consensus among diverse viewpoints.

Required profile

• Manager‑level experience in tax advisory for private businesses or high‑net‑worth clients.
• Proven ability to coach and develop team members, encouraging ownership of personal growth.
• Strong analytical skills with a track record of delivering concise, data‑driven recommendations.
• Excellent communication skills, capable of simplifying complex tax concepts for varied audiences.
