Tax Manager

About the role

Joe & The Juice is seeking a highly motivated Tax Manager to join its in‑house tax team in New York City. Reporting to the Senior Manager, Tax in Copenhagen, you will play a key part in ensuring accurate and timely tax compliance for both U.S. and global operations.

Key responsibilities

• Manage U.S. federal, state, local, and foreign income tax return filings in partnership with third‑party service providers.
• Oversee sales and use tax filings, including future registrations and ongoing compliance.
• Evaluate the taxability of Joe & The Juice products across jurisdictions.
• Collaborate with Accounting, Treasury, HR, Finance, Real Estate & Growth, and Legal teams to optimise processes and design new workflows.
• Implement technology solutions that improve reporting efficiency and accuracy.
• Maintain and strengthen relationships with external tax advisors.
• Support the scaling of the tax department to meet the company’s growth objectives.
