About the role

As a Senior Associate in PwC's Tax practice, you will work on complex mergers and acquisitions tax matters, delivering strategic, tax‑efficient solutions for clients. You will collaborate across the Global Business Structuring network and Deals Tax services, building client relationships and deepening your technical expertise.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze complex M&A tax issues and provide strategic insights.
• Design and implement tax‑efficient structures to optimize client positions.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to align tax strategies with business objectives.
• Prepare and review consolidated tax returns for compliance.
• Advise on domestic restructuring and post‑deal integration.
• Develop tax models to assess structural options.
• Support clients navigating global tax landscapes.

Required profile

• Currently pursuing or completed a Master of Laws (LLM) degree.
• Minimum overall GPA of 3.0 (preference for 3.5).
• Commitment to meet educational requirements and pass the Bar exam before full‑time start.
