About the role

PwC is seeking a Tax LLM Associate to join its New York Tax practice for the Summer/Fall 2027 period. In this entry‑level role you will support global tax engagements, help clients navigate complex regulations, and develop practical tax solutions while building your technical expertise.

Key responsibilities

• Navigate global tax regulations to optimize strategies and minimize risk.
• Support client engagements on tax compliance, corporate tax planning, and transaction projects.
• Assist in preparing and reviewing consolidated tax returns and income tax provisions.
• Participate in post‑deal integration and tax‑finance integration tasks.
• Conduct tax modeling and analyze purchase‑sale agreements to inform strategic decisions.
• Collaborate with tax professionals to deliver innovative, industry‑specific solutions.

Required profile

• Currently pursuing or having completed a Master of Laws (LLM) degree.
• Minimum overall GPA of 3.0 (preference for 3.5).
• Commitment to meet educational requirements and pass the Bar exam before starting full‑time.
• Strong analytical mindset and ability to work in ambiguous situations.
