About the role

Join PwC's Tax practice in Fort Worth as a Winter 2028 Tax Intern. You will gain hands‑on experience in tax consulting, supporting teams that deliver tailored tax advice, compliance, and planning services to a diverse client base.

Key responsibilities

• Support tax teams in preparing corporate tax returns and compliance documentation.
• Assist in analyzing complex tax regulations to optimize client tax positions.
• Participate in international and multistate tax planning activities.
• Conduct tax research to contribute to consulting projects and innovative solutions.
• Help develop tax models, structures, and provisions for clients.
• Apply data‑analytics techniques to identify tax‑optimization opportunities.
• Observe and learn from experienced tax professionals to build technical expertise.

Required profile

• Currently pursuing or completed a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting.
• Minimum overall GPA of 3.0 (3.5 preferred).
• Eligibility to sit for the CPA exam in the intended state of employment before starting full‑time.
• Typically in the third year of a four‑year program or fourth year of a five‑year program.
