Join PwC’s Tax practice as a Tax Intern for the Winter 2028 term in Charlotte. You will gain hands‑on experience in tax consulting, supporting teams that deliver tailored tax advice, compliance, and planning services to a diverse client base.

Key responsibilities

• Assist tax teams in preparing corporate tax returns and compliance documentation.
• Support analysis of complex tax regulations to optimize client tax positions.
• Participate in international and multistate tax planning activities.
• Conduct tax research and contribute innovative solutions to consulting projects.
• Help develop tax models, structures, and provisions for clients.
• Observe and learn from senior tax professionals to build personal expertise.
• Apply data analytics to identify tax optimization opportunities.

Required profile

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting.
• Minimum overall GPA of 3.0 (preference for 3.5).
• Eligibility to sit for the CPA exam in the intended state of employment before full‑time start.
• Typically in the third year of a four‑year program or fourth year of a five‑year program.
