About the role

Join PwC's Tax practice in Baltimore as a Winter 2027 Tax Intern. You will gain hands‑on experience in tax consulting, supporting teams that deliver tailored tax advice, compliance, and planning for a variety of clients.

Key responsibilities

• Assist tax teams in preparing corporate tax returns and compliance documentation.
• Research and analyze complex tax regulations to help optimize client tax positions.
• Support international and multistate tax planning activities.
• Contribute to tax model development and data‑analytics projects.
• Help prepare tax provisions, audit support, and regulatory compliance strategies.

Required profile

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting.
• Minimum overall GPA of 3.0 (preference for 3.5).
• Eligibility to sit for the CPA exam in the intended state of employment.
• Typically in the third year of a four‑year program or fourth year of a five‑year program.
